When Life Gets Rocky Holdfast To The SOLID ROCK JESUS!!!
Life is filled with twists and turns and it is a must to stay focus on what really matters in order to stay afloat so to speak! Also, the world that we all live is topsy-turvy! The ups and down in life, if allowed, can keep you in an unstable state of mind; however, the Word of God is the solution to it all. It gives us direction of how to navigate through each day if we are willing to apply it and obey its guidance. Therefore, when life gets rocky and unstable so it wise to holdfast to the one and only solid rock, JESUS! Once we accept Him into our lives as our Savior and Lord, and consistently build a relationship with Him, we can navigate our way to a life of stability. He promise to never leave us nor forsake us. Though we may stray away from Him, He will never abandon us. He is a solid rock for which we can stand, because all other grounds are truly sinking sands. This is what needs to be established in all of our relationships for us to function in a capacity that is stable. We can not be the rock for ourselves, nor can anyone else be a rock for us to be stable. Only Jesus at the finished work at Calvary has earn that caliber of ranking for us all, if we have accepted Him as our Savior and Lord!!
Again, no one can earn the rank of a solid rock in our lives. We can be supportive to one another but only Jesus can shoulder the load of all life's uncertain circumstances! Even though we have spouses, family and friends, they only can be there for us from a human standpoint, but Jesus is mighty to save us, keep us and strengthen us no matter what life throws our way in this topsy-turvy world. He promise to keep and finish the work that He has begun in us even until the day that He triumphantly return to take us home to live with Papa Father forever!! We can confidently rely on Jesus, because He will not and can not lie, so He can be trusted when no one else can. We all must put our trust in Him if we are to survive the days and years ahead in His Kingdom here on earth.
Jesus is the rock that break every other hardship into pieces in our lives if we rely on Him and surrender all our cares of life. He admonishes us to cast all our cares upon HIM for He cares for us at all times. No human being can ever be there for us at all time, no matter how we wish they could, but Jesus never slumbers nor sleep, so He is our only truly 100% reliable source. Also, He is always making intercession for us at the right hand of Papa Father, praying that our faith never fail us! There are no greater hands of protection that we can ever be in like His. Satan's goal is to decieve us. He came to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came to save us and give us life and life more abundantly and overflowing with joy, unspeakable joy that is filled with glory! Glory is when heaven has invaded earth! So when we live our lives filled with Jesus and His love for us through the power of Holy Spirit, we can have heaven right here in the earth realm each day. We can choose Jesus to be the solid rock in our lives and enjoy all the benefits of heaven or we can allow satan to decieve us and cheat us out of the "Zoe life", which is the God kind if life, which He has promised to everyone of his children. Remember, we are all God's creation, but we are not his child until we receive Jesus as our Savior as it is plainly stated in John1:12-13.
Remember this always, "when life gets rocky and it will, holdfast to the solid rock, JESUS!! He is the way, the truth and the life! We are blessed by God to enjoy other human beings to be a part of our lives here in the earth, but they were never meant to take the place in our heart that only Jesus has a right to possess. All our relationships must remain in proper order after our relationship to ours with HIM!! He is first priority to all else, indeed!! If we keep Him first we will always walk in life with a peaceful balance and life will flow unhindered in our favor. If we choose to put HIM last, we will suffer many heartbreaks and disappointments. He must come first in every area of our lives in order for His peace to guard our hearts and our minds each day!!
In closing, I pray as you all read this blog post that you will be encourage to rededicate your lives back to putting Jesus first in all you do or say, so He can be the solid rock on which you stand to anchor your life, your marriages and your families upon, always!
