LISTEN UP WOMEN! ARE YOU A DAUGHTER OF SARAH OR A SEED 0F EVE STILL BEING DECIEVED BY SATAN'S DECEPTION? (PICK ONE)
Who are daughters of Sarah? 1Peter 3:6 says, "You are daughters of Sarah as long as you do well and if you do what is right according to the Gospel of Jesus". I'm referring to Christian wives or believing women of faith in Christ Jesus as their Savior and Lord. Sarah is in the "Hall of Faith" in Hebrews 11:11, which states, "Through faith also Sarah herself received strength to conceive a seed, (Isaac) and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him (GOD) faithful who had promised. She was 90 year old, when the promise from God manifested as promised to Abraham.
Who are seeds of Eve? Women who give in to their unscriptural passion for power and turning away from the faith through their fleshly desires, therefore; through the powerful deception of Satan they become rebellious (someone who defies authority) of God's original plan and purpose for their lives.
Women can be a cure for our world if they submit themselves to Christ Jesus as their SAVIOR, LORD and their LEADING MAN! If there were no women in our world there would be no world! This was done by God's design when he put Adam to sleep and took a rib from his side and created the woman Eve ( a wombed Man). He had a purpose in mind to have the woman Eve to be a helper by way of her femineity and having a womb in populating HIS universe. She was created to be Adam's helper as well as God's helper to began the population of his universe with mankind. The animal was to populate the earth as living creatures, but Adam needed Eve to populate the earth with humans made in the likeness and image of God Himself. Adam was given dominion over all that HE had created with just one stipulation of not eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, so they would enjoy all the goodness of God eternally and they would have never known evil nor the evil works of the flesh. So that is why Satan with his cunning and deceptive tactics got to Eve when she was alone and idle and away from being at Adam's side which was the protective and legal place from where she was created. Satan knew that they were already like God and that they were made in HIS IMAGE, but eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil would give him a way to get back into the earth. The moment that they sinned that made them equal to him and therefore he gain habitation and they lost their God-given identity. THIS WAS THE FIRST ACT OF IDENTITY THELF!!
That the same way that He is doing today when we as women move out of our rightful place in life. In our society today he gets women to be driven by the lust from power and dominion over and above men, so that men will lose their place of dominion of leadership in the marriage, the family and ultimately in the world as a whole. As a woman, a wife, a mother of 4 adult children and a grandmother, I love my place as a Godly women, who decided willingly to serve at my husband's side. I count it as an honor to have accomplish this level of influence in our society, in spite the many challenges that come along with such a status. Especially, the cultural war that is waging in our world during such a times we are living in today. Identity confusion is on display at every level of humanity.
Through the gift of faith, and choosing to be faithful, I decided after having our second child to be an at home mom, while my husband of 39 years of marriage, rose up the corporate ladder to provide for us as a family and be a blessing to others along the way. This gave me the privilege and honor to work each day building our family and our Godly home. I personally had to make a choice after working outside the home after I had our second child to be driven as a seed of Eve or become by faith a daughter of Sarah. I am not going to be super spiritual about this subject, because at first it was definitely a challenge and the first ten years it was very challenging as a wife and and an at home mom, but by God's sufficient grace I took each challenge with a dedicated heart of faith and a willingness to please God's will for my life as a woman and not what the world had to say about it or its guidelines for being a woman. I got stronger and very productive each day of my journey. I was available for our four children as they faced challenges of going to public school and also, at the end of the day I had energy left for my husband after his long day of being challenged at work. I must be honest, there were days that we all were burnt out. But my husband and I kept our faith anchored in Christ and the principles and standards of God's Word front and center as we journeyed forward even until this present time.
I kept our home in a Godly, clean and healthy space both in the natural and spiritual after I found my ways to navigate my day to day routines. However, I must say that I had to stay focused and dedicated to the Word of God and true to my faith walk in Christ through the power of Holy Spirit to stay committed as a "daughter of Sarah". I had to learn each day to put God first by getting up early and then commit to being organized in getting my daily chores done. Once I got my days organized with God's help, I became our children's room mom or I should say that I got drafted each year when we had to go and register our children and the teachers would see me with four children that were well behaved and displayed good manners. After their observation of this they would ask if I would like to be their class room mom. I never turned them down, so this gave me a way to be involve in their classroom planning. This was a great opportunity for me to be close to them as they attended school and at home as their one and only MOM (Mother of Miracles)!! Also, it gave me the honor of being a woman of God and not a woman by the world's status or a "seed of Eve". If I was going to be tired at the end of the day, I rather be tired with the people whom God had given me as a family to serve. Instead, on the other hand, of being burnout from working outside of our home and then my family had to get my frustrations and leftover of "gunning for power" elsewhere each day. I understand that women have to work in our society this day and the times in which we are living in, but there has to be a balance if they are married and have a husband and a father in the home. I made it from the time that my husband and I made a covenant agreement before God that he would work the best jobs so that I could be at home with our children. This worked for us only through our dedication and commitment to God and to each other as a functioning team!
I am fully aware of how things are now in our society in being married and raising a family. It takes two incomes to make it, but our two married daughter have found a way to navigate through these challenging times, They both work along with their husbands, but they have chosen to choose careers that give them the honor of raising their children and being wives to their husbands. Our oldest daughter choose to work from home for the company that she worked for when she got married, after she had our grand daughter. Also, our younger daughter work for a company, but she took 12 weeks of maternity leave to be home to bond with her baby and her husband before returning to work. They own a home and they are doing well in life as a married couples who are navigating and raising their families in today challenging society for families. So women can still have a role in our society and make a Godly impact in their lives the lives of their families if they remain in their God-given role according to the Word of God. I am not writing this blog post to condemn any married woman for working outside of their homes, instead I am exhorting them to remain in their place and be the helper that God designed them to be for an example of virtue.
Being a "daughter of Sarah" does not belittle a woman, instead it empowers one to be the strong woman by abiding in faith as you serve yourself, your husband, your children, your grandchildren and ultimately the world. Sarah through faith had Isaac. Yes, she tried to have a "cheat sheet' at first, but Abraham, was granted a promise from God that Isaac would come to be their covenant son, even though they were well old in years when he came forth from Sarah's womb. Being a "daughter of Sarah" is a great honor because it causes women to operate from faith and not from the flesh. Nor give place and be deceived by the trickery of Satan's tactics AS HE WAS ABLE TO GET EVE TO DISOBEY GOD'S INSTRUCTION TO HER AND HER HUSBAND ADAM. On the other hand, to being a "seed of Eve" causes women to use their demonic fleshly tactics and mindsets to promote themselves into positions of power in our society to dominate a man's position to rise as leaders by God' design. This is acceptable in many sector of our world, but it's practice has caused a breach in marriages, in homes and ultimate society as a whole. My prayer is that the right order will come to be in the days and years ahead. It going to take revival of transformation by the power of Holy Spirit to heal what has been broken for so long. It not impossible with God, because HE knows how to drive a soul to him, so I am praying for His powerful conviction by the power of Holy Spirit will go forth in power in the earth like never before and souls will be saved. This is the only solution for God's original plans and purposes to come back in divine order in earth as it is established in HEAVEN! Selah (Meditate On This)
In closing, I cherish every moment of my womanhood, my wifehood, my motherhood and my grand motherhood each day of my life. These roles does not come without challenges and sometimes I get tired, but through the power of Holy Sprit I gain power and strength to carry out my role in my family. As women of God who read this blog, I pray that I have encouraged and challenged each of you to rise to your greatness as a woman in the DAYS AND YEARS AHEAD, even until the DAY OF CHRIST'S TRIUMPHANT RETURN! MAY WE AS WOMEN BE FOUND WORTHY OF ALL HE PREDESTINED US ALL TO BE IN HIS EARTH AND IN HIS KINGDOM! AMEN!
