What Is True Surrender?

Surrender is humbly acknowledging you can't but God can!! In order to surrender, Jesus Christ must increase and you must choose to decrease!
Surrender is something that we must all do in order for God's divine will to be in operation in our everyday lives! It is required, but it is easier said than done, due to the battlefield of the soul! Our mind, will and emotions are the parts of us that will never be saved, unless we become born again and be filled with the infilling of Holyspirit. Holyspirit is the third person of the trinity and He is here in the earth and if we seek Him daily He is willing to empower every believer with the enabling strength to live a surrendered life! It is a challenge to surrender your selfish will to obtain God's perfect will for your life, but it is less of a challenge if you ask Holyspirit to be your Helper each and every day. It can be done because the BIBLE give us instruction on how to accomplish it. Hebrews 4:12 states, "The word of God is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword. It cuts all the way through, to where soul and spirit meet, to where joints and marrow come together. It judges the desires and thoughts of the heart." The word cut going in as we read it and meditate on it and it cuts coming out purging all that is not like Christ in us. Surrendering is easy when we choose to allow our lifestyle and decisions to reflect the Word of God. Without total surrender to God's will, our lives will be forever chaotic and lack divine peace.

Surrender is us yielding humbly under God's divine grace to receive the enabling power which it provides for our breakthrough and victory. Lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh and pride of life will not enable us to humbly surrender under the mighty authority and power of God Almighty. Satan knows this because his sinful pride and self exaltation is what got him curse and kick out of Heaven forever! That is why he will fight us with all his might to keep us relying on our abilities to gain our levels of success. The first step to achieve the dominion that he lost is by accepting Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and then being filled with Holyspirit. Jesus was obedient even until his death on the cross and through His sacrifice He defeated satan once and for all. Jesus surrendered his life and became committed under the authority of Father God in order to achieve victory on Calvary's cross. He proved that no one can be committed until they surrender their will under God's divine will. Once you surrender your will, commitment can be achieved and victory can be accomplished in your life.

You can never be totally delivered until you surrender your will for God's will. Once you surrender and accept the finish work of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ at Calvary, you will began your journey toward victory in your everyday faith walk. It takes faith to surrender in order to become committed to the will of Father God. We are instructed in the Word of God, to walk by faith and not by sight. Faith in God's Word gives us the ability to trust and believe in His promises. The Grace of God will also, grant us the strength and ability to surrender as well. Once you make a choice to surrender your faith journey will began to grow and prosper in every area. Also, surrender is not just a one time choice, you have to make many decision to remain surrendered throughout you life's journey even until the day of Christ's triumphant return.

Jesus is the perfect role model for everyone who make a choice to surrender. During His entire earthly life He was always surrendered to the will of Father God. He was surrendered and obedient even until His death on the cross. Now, He is still surrendered, as He is seated at the right hand of Father God on the throne in Heaven. As we are surrendered and committed to Him each day through the power of Holyspirit, we can sit with Him in Heavenly places here in the earth; therefore, being surrendered is a blessing and not a curse. Our mind, will, and emotions will rule us and hinder us from surrendering, but through faith and the power of  God's grace we can achieve this important goal. Once Jesus ascended into Heaven, He sent us Holyspirit, which was the same spirit who raised Him from the dead, to help us to be surrendered and committed to Father God's will for our lives here in earth as it is in Heaven.

Personally, I choose to surrender to God's will everyday by seeking Him as soon as I awaken to began my day. If you spend time with Him each day, you can remain focused, then surrendering will become easier as you move forward by His grace. As you surrender, the pathway of life grows brighter and brighter! Once you establish a committed relationship with Jesus Christ, you will love to surrender, because He has your best interest at heart. He will grant you all it takes to surrender if you draw closer and closer to Him each day of you faith walk. At Calvary, He took all the punishment of death, hell and the grave upon Him, so that we could live life and live it more abundantly. He took our place and gave us the victory, so we do not have an excuse when it comes to surrendering our selfish will for His perfect will. He died young, so that we can live a ripe old age, if we only live a surrendered life each day! He became a curse for us so that we can overcome every attack of the enemy. He paid the price for our salvation and redemption, so we should have a deep hearted desire to surrender and become committed to His will in our lives everyday! Personally, everyday I give Him all the glory and praise for all that He has done for me! This is a choice for everyone to make, because no else can make that decision for you. It is up to you to establish a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, because on judgement day no one else will stand before Father God in your place!!

In closing, I pray that everyone who read this blog post will surrender your life to Jesus Christ, for He is your only hope for the days and years ahead! Father God, so loved all nations, creeds and tongues, that HE gave HIS only BEGOTTEN SON JESUS to die a criminal's death on Calvary's cross, so that we all could have everlasting life through HIM alone! (John 3:16) When I think about all HE has done for me, it makes it easy for me to live a surrendered and committed life through HIM each day and I pray you will ask HIM into your life and become surrendered and committed as well! By grace we are saved through faith!! Lastly, I pray, all who read this blog post will surrender and become committed to Christ Jesus in order to yield the peaceable fruit of righteousness!

Blessings and Well Wishes, Always!
